Newnan Pavilion

This large shopping center, owned by a repeat and long time customer, Developers Diversified, was a challenge, based on the fact that the majority of work was in the main drives, used by customers frequenting such tenants as Home Depot, Kohl's, Academy Sports, and others.  As you can see by the first few pictures, proper traffic control and signage was paramount, since we had to detour traffic throughout the project.  Signage was custom made directing customers to the stores in the center.

The asphalt work consisted of:  470 square yards of saw-cut, full depth asphalt repair; 4,100 square yards of Perma-Flex Paving; and 1,515 square yards of Full Depth Reclamation.  Property management and all tenants were provided with color coded maps (see below picture roll).  Work was completed in 5 days with no tenant complaints.  To top things off, one of our long time competitors stopped to watch our paving and told our crew it was some of the best paving he had ever seen.
