The Park at Windward Concourse

This large office park consisting of 2 separate buildings (approximately 31,000 square yards) was completed over 3 weekends. The first weekend, approximately 7,500 linear feet of cracks on both parking lots were cleaned and sealed with hot pour, rubberized crack sealant. On the following weekend, the first building’s parking lot was sealcoated on a Saturday, then re-striped on the next day. This was repeated the following weekend at the second building. Sealcoating production was approximately 15,000 square yards each Saturday, using 2 crews. The second coat was completed and dry by 2:00 p.m. Like always, we used GEMSEAL POLYTAR sealer, the most superior sealant on the market.
