Asphalt Crack Repair

Asphalt Milling
The milling process is the controlled removal of asphalt pavement to a predetermined depth, slope and/or specified thickness. As one can see by the pictures the milling machine actually grinds down the existing pavement, and the ground down pavement particles are hauled off to the asphalt plant to be used as recycled raw materials in the manufacturing of new asphalt.
Asphalt Overlay - Perma-Flex Asphalt Paving
The Perma-Flex® overlay system is used when the existing asphalt is cracked and severely deteriorated. Perma-Flex® is a unique overlay system designed to retard reflective cracking. The mix design includes carefully sized aggregate and a combination of liquid bonding agents blended specifically for each job.

Asphalt Sealcoating

Full Depth Reclamation/Pulverization
When deteriorated asphalt pavements are recycled in place, a technique known as full-depth reclamation can be used. The existing pavement and a pre-determined portion of the underlying base material are milled and pulverized to a depth ranging from 6 to 12 inches or more.
