5900 Windward Parkway/Deerfield Point

These 2 office parks, within a mile from each other were completed for a long time customer (a reoccurring theme here on our recent projects page) in April of 2018.  Projects consisted of approximately 17,000 lineal feet of cracksealing combined, along with approximately 58,000 square yards of sealcoating, then the re-striping of the properties.  We utilized both of our sealcoating crews, consisting of 10 men, a 1500 gallon truck mounted tank, and a 750 gallon trailer system.  The material was GemSeal PolyTar sealant, which is the most superior sealer on the market today, and is standard for all of our sealcoating projects.
