Another very large single-family home in our portfolio. Work consisted of our normal 8-inch compacted GAB base material, followed by 12.5 inches of modified
12.5 mm asphalt binder. As always, the final layer of topping ( 1.25 inches of 9.5 mm asphalt topping) will be installed after the construction of the homes. More pictures to follow.
