This project, located in Villa Rica, GA, is for a long-time developer of single family homes. Scope of work includes final grading of sub-base, installation of 8 inches of GAB base material, followed by 3 inches (compacted thickness) of 19 mm asphalt binder. The final 1.5 inches of 9.5 mm asphalt topping will be installed after the construction of the homes
